Deposits, Payment & Cancellation for Accommodation

All bookings are subject to a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. However, the deposit can be transferred to another date up to 72 hours prior to the original date of your arrival. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival the deposit is non-transferrable. The balance should be paid by you on either check-in or check-out. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 11am

Smoking

We operate a no smoking policy within the rooms, bars and restaurant. Any breach of this condition will result in a minimum £50.00 surcharge for additional cleaning.

Pets

Assistance dogs are welcomed but we are unable to accept any other pets.

Parking

There is no on-site parking at the Moon and Sixpence. When you arrive, you will be able to pull up outside to drop off your bags. We will be happy to help you with this – just let us know. There is on-street parking to be found usually within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. A parking permit will be provided. There is also ample Parking available at a number of sites close by.
